From a conceptual data modeling perspective, it suggests how one could independently (no compound object etc.) identify an resource that is: (1.) typed, and (2) can either be a resource in its own right, or can be composed of other resources (i.e, a nested resource definition).An identifier for a typed nested resource is only part of the design solution, though.
