I posted Clay Shirky's video on my blog as well since the issue of filtering information is at the heart of the battle for information quality. In my product development work I focus on providing instant summarization and context for filtering and reducing information to the very essential points. In practice less is more and instantly finding the key sentences helps us with comprehension.
