I certainly don&#039;t feel qualified to talk about the legal standing of a monopoly claim, but I wonder if what the Colorado Community College System is doing is any different than charging students for lab fees or other components that are necessary for the school to perform its educational mission.  Isn&#039;t it a case where the institution has chosen to in-source something that previously was outsourced?</description>

		<description>The problem with this entire issue is that it blocks the off campus stores from providing this product at a cheaper price.  Because it is automatically taken as an addition to the tuition, the student is not provided the opportunity to obtain this product anywhere else.  I foresee a possible legal action to block this monopoly.</description>
